Having joined the company in 1999, Paul is one of the longest-serving members of the HyperActive Broadcast team. He started out as a driver, before moving into the warehouse, where he learnt about all the kit in our inventory. He ultimately progressed into our Broadcast department, where he remains as a senior broadcast bench engineer.
Highly regarded by customers and colleagues alike, Paul is one of the people responsible for keeping our EVS products, cameras, lenses and hire stock prepped and maintained to the highest possible standards.
Career highlights include prepping for the 2012 Olympics, where he found the sense of comradery to be inspiring, as well as de-rigging the feature film 'Sahara', not least because the job involved a trip out to the Sahara desert.
