About Isle of Wight Festival:
Following on from the success of the past two years’ events, The Isle of Wight Festival 2010 returned to ITV2 back in June. Fearne Cotton, Dave Berry and Rufus Hound were at the centre of the action with 2-hour, 90-minute and 60-minute specials stripped across the weekend, with the total hours of coverage increased from last year.
Ingest and playout on EVS XT(2) servers integrated with Avid Media Composer Editing, Avid Unity storage and Avid Interplay management. Our second major festival of the 2010 season and we packaged it up for transmission on ITV 2 without a single moment touching a tape deck.
